We have not mutch information available on the internal affairs and procedures of Manu Dei but we still know somethings. The leading staffs of the order are knowned as the Praefectums. Each  of the Praefectums has some kind of responsabily of his own like religious riths, security or teaching. The Consilium is where all Praefectums gather to discuss the orders issues and where major decisions are made.

In replace of the usual Grand Master of the order they have a Congregatio Executorium Officiarius (CEO) who can, sometimes, appoint a Primus Praefectus to help him with his roles.

The standard members of the order are named as Pugnator Dei or Proeliator Dei, acording to the service time and skills. There is also the honourable rank of Nauarchus given to those who have achieved some heroic act. Nauarchus are said to be higly recognaised among all Manudeists, almost like saintwoods.

Regarding the instruction of the new members or candidates to the order, we have the Discipulus, the candidate, and the Magister, his tutor and responsable for his proposal to take the vows. All Discipulus are said to need graduation from a Seminarium in order to be considered Manudeists.
